Voluntary Termination

Westside Market recognizes that personal circumstances may sometimes require employees to resign from their positions.

📌 Notice Requirement:

  • Employees are encouraged to provide a written notice at least two weeks in advance of their resignation.
  • Exceptions may be made if approved by the Store Manager and Operations Manager.
  • This notice request does not alter the at-will employment relationship between the employee and Westside Market.

📌 Separation Process:

  • On the effective date of resignation, all employment rights and privileges will be terminated.
  • Employees should ensure that all company property is returned before their last working day.

  • For assistance during the transition, employees may contact the Human Resources department for guidance and support.
  • We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure a smooth transition for the team and operations.
