๐ If a member or employee becomes aware of a gift or donation from a member to an employee, they must immediately inform their supervisor.ย
๐ The supervisor will take the necessary steps to manage the gift process appropriately.ย
2.Confirmation & Approval
๐ Management will review the gift to ensure it complies with company policies and guidelines.ย
๐ Employees must wait for approvalย from SM before accepting the gift. โณ
3.Removal of Gifted Item
๐ Once approved, the receiving employee is responsible for removing the gift from store grounds within 48 hours. ๐ If the item is large or requires assistance, the employee should coordinate with management for support. ๐ค
4.Documentation
๐ All gifted items must be properly documented to maintain accurate inventory records. ๐ The employee must provide details of the gift for tracking purposes, including:
