2. Cleanliness & Maintenance

✅ Aprons must be kept clean and presentable at all times.
✅ Stains or dirt should be promptly addressed by washing as needed.

📌 Washing & Care
✅ Employees are responsible for regularly washing their aprons.
✅ Follow the care instructions provided by Westside Market to maintain apron quality.
✅ Aprons should be neatly folded or hung after washing to avoid wrinkles.

🚨 Employees wearing visibly dirty aprons may be asked to replace or clean them before continuing work.

3. Lost or Stolen Aprons

✅ Employees are responsible for keeping their aprons safe.
✅ If an apron is lost or stolen, the employee must report it to a supervisor or management immediately.
✅ A replacement apron will be provided at a cost of $30.00, deducted from the employee’s paycheck.

🚨 Failure to report a lost or stolen apron in a timely manner may result in disciplinary action.

4. Management Inspection & Availability

✅ Management will periodically inspect aprons for cleanliness and compliance.
✅ Westside Market will ensure an adequate supply of aprons for employees.
✅ If an apron becomes worn out or damaged, employees should request a replacement from management.

🚨 Employees found repeatedly violating apron guidelines may be subject to further review.

5. Compliance & Professionalism

✅ Wearing a Westside Market apron is mandatory during all working hours.
✅ Aprons contribute to a professional and consistent store appearance.

🚨 Non-compliance with apron guidelines may result in disciplinary action.
