1.Commitment to Entrepreneurship

Westside Market is dedicated to fostering an environment that supports and encourages entrepreneurial endeavors among our employees.

2.Eligibility Criteria

✅ Employees must successfully complete the 90-Day Conditional Period to qualify for getting a member space within our retail location.

3.Marketing Fee Agreement

✅ Employees seeking member space must sign the standard consigner marketing fee agreement, which outlines the marketing fee terms and conditions. 

✅ The Store Manager will oversee and approve the agreement, acting as the company representative throughout the process.

4.Rental Rates and Fees

✅ Employees renting a member space will be subject to standard rental rates and additional fees, including insurance and deposit. 

❌ Employee discounts do not apply to marketing fees.

5.Compliance and Rules

✅ Employees must fully comply with all rules and regulations specified in the marketing fee agreement. 

🚫 No waivers or adjustments will be made to the agreement terms, and all employees must strictly adhere to the established guidelines. 

Employees may not have a shared contract on their booth or be a shared contract on another members booth.

6.Payouts and Procedures

✅ Employees with member space will receive payouts following the standard procedures applied to all other members at Westside Market.
