Substance Abuse Policy

Westside Market is dedicated to maintaining a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for all employees and visitors.

✅ To uphold workplace safety and comply with legal regulations, the following policies are strictly enforced:

  • The use, possession, distribution, or sale of alcohol or illegal drugs on company property is strictly prohibited.
  • Employees must report to work free from the influence of alcohol or drugs and must not engage in any activity that could impair their ability to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Additionally, Westside Market encourages employees to seek support for substance abuse issues and provides resources for those in need.

Maintaining a zero-tolerance policy towards substance abuse ensures a safe and productive workplace for all.
