📌 Designated Email Accounts:
- Sales Team will share a designated Westside Market email for official use at all times.
- The Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager will have unique email addresses for urgent matters.
📌 Standard Store Email Boxes:
- store@westsidemarket.com (Store Manager’s private email)
- Secure, password-protected, and accessible via cloud and desktop.
- store.asm@westsidemarket.com (Assistant Managers’ shared email)
- Secure, password-protected Assistant Manager and accessible via cloud only.
- store.sales@westsidemarket.com (Customer communication email)
- Shared by all employees and accessible to managers and associates.
- store.rugs@westsidemarket.com (Customer communication email)
- Shared by all employees and accessible to managers and associates.
Email Usage Guidelines
🔒 Confidentiality & Security:
- Private email passwords must not be shared.
- If a password is compromised, it must be reset immediately.
- Manager and Assistant Manager MUST LOG OUT of their email accounts on shared computers.
📌 Business Use Only:
- Emails should be used strictly for Westside Market business.
- Sending sensitive information (e.g., credit card details or social security numbers) is prohibited.
✅ Professionalism in Communication:
- All emails represent Westside Market and must maintain a professional tone.
- Store Managers should regularly review team email communications.
Team Communication Guidelines
🚨 Approved Communication Tools:
- BMBerry Applications: Use the Discus Module/Chat to communicate with Store Managers and the Operations Director.
- Google Gmail: Use for official internal communication.
📌 In-Store Communication:
- Phones: Personal cell phones and ear pods are prohibited during work hours. Violations may result in termination.
- Walkie-Talkies: Provided to employees for work-related communication only.
