1.Protecting Confidential Information
✅ Do not send or store sensitive member data, including financial information, through email.
✅ Encourage members to share critical information through secure channels, such as in-person meetings or designated secure portals.
🚨 Email is not a secure platform for handling sensitive data.
2.Member Request
✅ Members must submit all request through BMBerry App, as well as the following:
- Contract cancelation
- Discount Percentage
- Sale start date
- Sale end date
3.Sale Sign
✅ Store Management will print and hang all active sales discounts .
4.Financial Communication
✅ All financial matters must be communicated via company email.
✅ Personal texts and personal emails are NOT accepted or permitted for financial discussions.
