12 Month Promotion

• Who's it for? New members and existing members who are in good standing.

• What's the deal? It's a 12-month contract for different sized spaces (single, 1.5, double, triple only) in Roswell @  25% off monthly subscriptions regular prices.

• What happens after 12 months? Once the contract is up, it goes back to a month-to-month deal at the regular price.

• Got a 6-month contract? Once you finish the current contract  you can jump onto this 12-month promo in the same booth or a different one.

• Month-to-month already? You can sign up for this 12-month promo right away! Current Calendar month notice for your existing contract must be processed per company policy, and your new contract will begin where your old one leaves off.

• Transfer as a general rule you could transfer at any time during your 6 Mo or 12 Mo to same size or larger booth.

• Signing up for this new contract? You'll need to complete  your old contract, pay the first month's fee and deposit for the new contract, and then your old deposit will be refunded as usual.

• Want another space? Existing members can grab an extra space at this 12-month promo rate, no matter what their current contract status is.

Guidelines for 12 month contract:

1. Eligible for new members and old and current members in good standing.

2. 12 month contract for single, 1.5, double and triple spaces IN ROSWELL. Promotional offer of 25% of monthly subscriptions.

3. After 12 month contract concludes, the contract reverts to month to month at the full subscription rate for the space.

4. Current 6 month contracts CAN NOT convert to  the 12 month promotional contract until the completion of their 6 month term.

5. Current month to month members CAN sign a new 12 month contract at the promotional rate.

6. All contracts (New members or converting existing members) will properly end their existing contract on a space, and begin the new 12 month contract by paying 1st month fee and deposit. Refunds for the deposit of the old contract will be processed as per usual.

7. Existing members CAN take an ADDITIONAL space at the promotional 12 month rate, regardless of the status of their current contract

8. Corporate will not approve an early close out of the contract in order to expedite the new contract.
