10 XP🛒 Steps to Sell a Gift Card (Max $100) in BMBerry POS:
✅ Step 1: Open Gift Card Options

From the POS interface, click the "Gift Card" button as shown below.

This opens the gift card options popup.
✅ Step 2: Initiate Gift Card Sale

In the popup window, select "Scan and set price on gift card".

This option is used to issue or sell a new gift card.
✅ Step 3: Enter the Gift Card Amount

A new screen typically appears where you:

Scan or enter the physical new gift card code.
-
Enter the amount to be loaded (e.g., up to $100).

Confirm the operation.

✅ Step 4: Complete the Sale

The gift card will appear as a product on the order list with the specified price.

Click "Payment", choose the payment method, and complete the sale as usual.
🧾 Notes:

A gift card can only be sold once and cannot be reloaded.
- It can be used across multiple orders, provided there is remaining balance.
✅ To Use a Gift Card in a POS Order:

Start a new POS order as usual.

On the keypad interface, click the Gift Card button.

In the popup window, select “Use a gift card”.

Scan or enter the gift card code when prompted and click on Confirm.

If the card has a valid balance, the system will apply the balance toward the order total.

Complete the order as normal. If the gift card doesn't cover the full amount, pay the remaining balance with another payment method as usual.
🔍 To Check a Gift Card's Balance:

On the POS screen, click the Gift Card button.

From the popup, select “Check a gift card”.

Enter or scan the gift card code and click on Confirm.

The system will display the remaining balance on that gift card.
