Scheduling & Format

- The HR/Accounting department will schedule an exit interview upon receiving an employee's resignation or termination notice.
- The interview will take place on or before the employee’s last working day.
📌 Interview Options:
- Employees can choose to participate in person or virtually based on preference and availability.
- If an in-person meeting is not possible, HR will arrange a virtual interview using appropriate communication tools.

The exit interview will cover key areas, including:
