Our company understands that the loss of a loved one is a difficult and emotional time.

To support our employees, we offer bereavement leave to allow time for grieving and making necessary arrangements.
2. Bereavement Leave Duration
π Eligibility & Time Off

Employees are eligible for up to three (3) consecutive days of paid leave in the event of the death of an immediate family member.
β
Immediate family members include:
- Spouse
- Child
- Parent
- Sibling
- Grandparent
- Grandchild
π Additional Leave Considerations

In special circumstances, additional leave may be granted at managementβs discretion.
β
Employees may use accrued PTO or vacation time if further time off is needed.
3. Notification Process

Employees must notify their immediate supervisor as soon as possible regarding the need for bereavement leave.

Timely communication helps in managing work responsibilities during the absence.
