Policy Acknowledgement Test

This test is providing Westside Market with acknowledgement from its employees that they have read and agree to adhere to company policies.

I have read all company policies provided and acknowledge that completion of this test will be considered a "sign off" agreeing to adhere to these regulations. Failure to do so may lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination or potentially legal action depending on the severity of the infraction.
